largest independent sell-side advertising company, with offices across the
globe. The company’s latest new workspace is situated on the first floor of the
newly remodelled 35DP in Belfast.
Somerville was responsible for all the fit-out services of the client’s new offices in the heart of Belfast city. Residing on level 1, it features an elevated floor-to-ceiling height with an expansive floor plan that allows direct access via a staircase. With almost 9,000sq ft to utilise, it offers an abundance of natural light and open plan space.

The large office gives the Magnite’s team various hot desk options. With concrete ceilings and columns, exposed M&E services and minimalist lighting, the new office environment possesses a cool, industrial edge. In contrast, the bare brick walls are painted white, showcasing the company’s branding with a large hand-painted mural of Belfast’s skyline.
As well as an open-plan office arrangement, the space has private meeting rooms and boardrooms. Their style mirrors the primary office environment with an urban look and feel.
The communal kitchen and break-out area provide an enjoyable environment with high-end facilities, bench seating and relaxing sofas - while the snack station, pool table and ping pong table keep the employees entertained. It’s no wonder Magnite love its new offices!
