Our Latest Office Fit-Out Project

Kitchen & Break-Out Area

We manufactured and installed a custom open-plan kitchen, finished in warm terracotta cabinetry to create a bold yet welcoming focal point. The kitchen was designed with agile seating options to encourage informal interaction between staff, enhanced by abundant natural light that floods the space through large industrial windows.

One side of the kitchen adjoins a reverse Oak media wall, which cleverly functions as a relaxed seating and welcome area, merging practicality with smart spatial planning.

Open-Plan Office and Agile Seating

The office features a generous open-plan layout, fitted with modern desk solutions and roomy individual work pods. It provides employees with both collaborative and quiet zones. The original wooden flooring and exposed brick walls add warmth and character.

Subtle sage green tones were used on structural elements such as pillars and ceiling beams to unify the overall colour palette with the office's contemporary style.

Privacy and Collaboration

The space incorporates a series of private sound-proofed work pods and several fully enclosed glass-fronted meeting rooms for confidential calls or focus tasks. Each pod is acoustically treated and comfortably furnished, balancing openness and privacy.
