One of the more compact interior fit-out projects embarked upon; this office refurbishment still had a light, bright and airy feel, providing the client with just as much impact and personality as would be created for larger fit-out projects. The turnaround on this scheme was a brief five weeks so the client's needs were always at the fore; with weekly review meetings held to ensure the project remained on schedule for the completion date.
It began with a full strip-out and transformed into a full turnkey interior fit-out within a prime commercial office space. It also boasted high-rise panoramic city centre views, and provided an open plan environment for staff to work, eat and relax in.

Following the initial strip out and new mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installation, new suspended ceilings, flooring, and new bespoke joinery fittings for the office were introduced. Along with the creation of several meeting rooms, the large conference room had the ability to split into two ample sized boardrooms, using acoustic concertina bi-fold doors. The workstations were designed for open plan use and positioned adjacent to the kitchen space. To complete the striking fit-out, they opted for canary yellow fitted kitchen units.
The glass partitioning and position of the shrubbery gave the team an element of privacy without subsiding the light, airy feel. This fun, urban garden space allowed colleagues to dine together in their new relaxed working environment.
