We’ve had a busy start to 2022, with lots of exciting luxury joinery projects and various fit-out developments.
During the first few weeks of the new year, we embarked on a selection of retail fit-outs for a global jewellery brands Ernest Jones, Omega and Breitling.
We are continuing our work with The Maybourne Group at The Maybourne Riviera, this time collaborating with world renowned French designer Pierre Yovanovitch. This project will see us manufacture furniture for three luxurious bedroom suites that can transform into one mammoth suite for large parties.
We’ve also commenced work on a new outdoor ‘social hub’ which will see the area of Brunswick Street in Belfast be transformed into a social space to meet, eat and enjoy!
We’ve been working on a number of commercial office spaces throughout Belfast – and one that we’re particularly excited to see its outcome is the fit-out of the new commercial premises at 35DP for Workrise. The goal is to create an attractive and agile open plan space to support a more collaborative work environment for current and future flexible requirements. A variety of shared and personalised spaces are being created, depending on individual requirements including ‘one person’ work pods for solo working and larger meeting rooms for collective conferences.
Somerville Fit-Out Ltd are in receipt of Selective Financial Assistance grant for SFA - Capital July 2018 from Invest NI. This project is part funded by European Regional Development fund under the Investment for Growth and Jobs Programme 2014-2020.
The funding enabled us to procure essential machinery to develop our manufacturing output, and continue delivering quality furniture to our clients.
