We are delighted to be 1 of 5 local companies shortlisted for the 2023 Belfast Telegraph Property Awards, in partnership with Openreach. Our entry is for the ‘Fit-Out of Year’ category for the recently completed office fit-out, delivered for Tughans Solicitors at The Ewart Building in Belfast City Centre.
The project was successfully completed over 2 floors within the new 17-storey extension to an £85m redevelopment of the Grade B+ listed former Ewart’s Warehouse. We worked alongside Ply Design who delivered Architectural Design, while Project Management was provided by Johnston Houston.
In total, 60 individuals, companies and residential and commercial property agencies have been selected by a panel of 8 judges across 18 categories. All judges are from across the property sector and have the difficult task of choosing winners after a record number of entries this year.
Somerville Fit-Out Ltd are in receipt of Selective Financial Assistance grant for SFA - Capital July 2018 from Invest NI. This project is part funded by European Regional Development fund under the Investment for Growth and Jobs Programme 2014-2020.
The funding enabled us to procure essential machinery to develop our manufacturing output, and continue delivering quality furniture to our clients.
